Steps for Design Registration

1.Search for the already existing design marks in the design office database followed by filing the application in the office through attorney by paying requisite fee.

2.Identifying the class of design as per the international classifications of Industrial Designs.

3.Complying with the conditions and objections after the preliminary examination. Expected time frame of the registration of design mark is 6 months.
