Step 3: After this gets done the status of the online new application starts appearing on the ipindia.nic.in the government website

Step 4: The formalities check pass stage comes and then the trademark is marked for examination by the examiner and the stage is either objected

Step 5: Is advertised before acceptance and the mark proceeds for the final registration process that is the Regd. mark.
