Copyright Registeration
1st step Filing of application and issue of Diary number.
2nd step is a compulsory 30 days period for awaiting objections.
examination is done by the examiner after the objections are filed and if no discrepancy is found it leads to the final registration of the mark.
Expected Time for grant of the © mark :18 months.
For Logo/Label Registration an NOC certificate has to be received from the trademark registry if the material copyrighted has to be used in some commercial or trading activity therefore an additional Government fee of 5000/ is levied by the Trademark registry.
